To add the function of offices of provincial-level People's Committees of Vietnam

Accordingly, the Offices of the provincial People's Committees of Vietnam have function of advising and assisting the provincial People's Committees of Vietnam about:

- Control of administrative procedures; (New contents are added)

- Organize the implementation of single-window systems and interlinked single-window systems for handling administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of local jurisdictions; (New contents are added)

- To advise and assist the provincial-level People's Committee of Vietnam in performing the state management of foreign-relation and ethnic affairs (for localities where Foreign Affairs Departments or Nationalities Committees are not organized separately); (New supplemented contents)

- Working programs and plans of provincial-level People's Committees of Vietnam and chairpersons of provincial-level People's Committees of Vietnam;

- To organize, manage and publicize official information on operations of provincial-level People's Committees of Vietnam and presidents of provincial-level People's Committees of Vietnam;

- Bear the focal point of the electronic information portal and connect the electronic administrative information system for leadership, direction and administration activities of the provincial-level People's Committee and the President of the provincial-level People's Committee;

- To manage the Official Gazette and serve the general activities of the provincial-level People's Committees of Vietnam;

- To assist chairpersons and vice chairpersons of provincial-level People's Committees in performing their tasks and powers according to their competence;

- Manage the Office's internal administration.

Circular No. 01/2022/TT-VPCP dated June 20, 2022 and replaces the Joint Circular No. 01/2015/TTLT-VPCP-BNV dated October 10, 2015.
