To add 03 law projects in Vietnam to the Program for developing laws and ordinances in 2023

Below is the content of the Resolution 33/2023/UBTVQH15 dated March 17, 2023, adjusting the Program for developing laws and ordinances in 2023 in Vietnam.

Adding 03 law projects in Vietnam to the Program for developing laws and ordinances in 2023 as follows:

- Adding the project Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on People's Public Security to the 2023 Law and Ordinance Building Program to submit to the National Assembly for comments and approval at the 5th session (May 2023) according to the procedure at a session.

- Adding to the Program for developing laws and ordinances in 2023 to submit to the National Assembly for comments at the 5th session (May 2023) and approval at the 6th session (October 2023) of the following bills:

+ Law on Citizen Identification (amended);

+ Law on Credit Institutions (amended).

At the same time, assign the agency to preside over the verification of the above 03 legal projects as follows:

- National Defense and Security Committee for the project Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on People's Public Security and the project Law on Citizen Identification (amended);

- Economic Committee for the project Law on Credit Institutions (amended).

Resolution 33/2023/UBTVQH15 takes effect from the date of adoption.
