- Key leaders shall not go on overseas business trips more than 02 times/year (except in special cases);- The delegation shall consist of no more than 10 people/delegation;- Each country visit shall not exceed 03 days (not including travel time);- For visits to multiple countries, a reasonable calculation is required, arranging to visit nearby countries in the same region, not exceeding 03 countries/trip;- Strictly comply with the use of funding when traveling abroad.

To enhance the unified management of foreign affairs activities, the Governor of SBV requires SBV leaders to set an example and carefully consider overseas business trips. In addition to the 05 criteria mentioned above, take note:

- Do not arrange for 02 key leaders to participate in the same overseas business delegation;- Do not join overseas delegations organized and sponsored by enterprises or invited directly by foreign enterprises.
