There will be separate policies for officers working at the One-Stop Shop Division

In Decision 985/QD-TTg dated August 8, 2018, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam issued the Plan for the implementation of Decree 61/2018/ND-CP on the implementation of the one-stop-shop and interconnected one-stop-shop mechanisms in the resolution of administrative procedures.

The focus of the plan includes specific tasks such as:

- The Ministry of Home Affairs shall take the lead in developing and issuing Circulars providing guidance on policies and regulations for officials and public employees working at the one-stop service department;- Arrange headquarters and operating equipment at the one-stop service department at the ministerial, district, and commune levels (including remote areas, ethnic minority areas, border regions, islands, and particularly difficult areas);- Issue regulations on the organization and operation of the one-stop service departments at various levels;- Organize the implementation of the entire process of receiving and resolving administrative procedures within the authority of the One-stop Service Department;- Select and recommend the use of a unified electronic one-stop service software for the ministerial and provincial levels, while piloting the software in some ministries and localities.
