This is the Plan promulgated along with Decision 48/QD-TANDTC to effectively implement documents on legal dissemination and education.

The plan includes 04 activities as follows:

- Continue to develop and issue documents directing and guiding the implementation of the program for legal dissemination and education; thoroughly grasp and organize the implementation of legal dissemination and education contents in 2018, focusing on integration through the activities of the Court and units;- Organize thorough grasping and dissemination of the contents of the 2017 revised Criminal Code, 2017 Law on State Compensation Liability, and legal regulations issued in 2017 and 2018 related to the organization and activities of the People's Court in appropriate forms;- Guide the implementation of activities responding to Law Day in 2018;- Develop specialized pages and sections for legal dissemination and education on press information channels.
