The Minister of Public Security of Vietnam issued Circular 43/2022/TT-BCA dated October 27, 2022 on dossiers, order and procedures for requesting the People's Court to consider reducing the time limit, temporarily suspending execution of decisions, and exempting reformatory students from serving the remaining time, compulsory educational facility campers.
The Minister of Public Security of Vietnam issued Circular 43/2022/TT-BCA dated October 27, 2022 on documents, orders, and procedures, requesting the People's Court to consider reducing the time limit, temporarily suspending execution of the decision, and exempting the remaining time from execution for students of reformatories and inmates of compulsory educational establishments.
The principal of the reformatory established a Council to review and request a reduction in the time limit for implementing the decision to apply the measure of sending to a reformatory, consisting of:
- The principal of the reformatory is the Chairman of the council;
- Vice Principal in charge of educational work and records as Vice Chairman of the council; Standing members are Vice Principals and Heads of branches;
- Commissioner and Secretary are commanders of affiliated professional teams, as decided by the Principal of the reformatory.
In addition, for reforming schools with branches:
The principal of the reformatory decides to establish at each branch a Subcommittee to review and request a reduction in the time limit for implementing the decision to apply the measure of sending to a reformatory, consisting of:
- Head of the branch as Head of Subcommittee;
- Commissioner and Secretary are representatives of affiliated professional teams, as decided by the Principal of the reformatory.
Circular 43/2022/TT-BCA takes effect on December 12, 2022.
