This is the key content mentioned in Directive 20/CT-TTg on enhancing the reform of specialized inspection activities and the reduction and simplification of business conditions.

The Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam strictly prohibits ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government from imposing additional business conditions, lists of goods, or specialized inspection procedures contrary to legal regulations.

Current administrative procedures, business conditions, lists of goods, and specialized inspection products must be clear, easy to understand, easy to implement, and not generate additional costs for businesses.

At the same time, it is necessary to carry out the reform of specialized inspection activities and to reduce and simplify business conditions, lists of goods, and products, in order to improve the business environment and enhance national competitiveness.

See the detailed content at Directive 20/CT-TTg issued on July 13, 2018.
