The Ministry of Finance of Vietnam completely abolishes 12 Circulars in the field of land finance

12 Circulars in the field of land finance have been entirely abolished by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, including:

- Circular 76/2014/TT-BTC guiding some provisions of Decree 45/2014/ND-CP regarding land levy collection;

- Circular 332/2016/TT-BTC amending, supplementing several provisions of Circular 76/2014/TT-BTC guiding some provisions of Decree 45/2014/ND-CP regarding land levy collection;

- Circular 10/2018/TT-BTC amending, supplementing several provisions of Circular 76/2014/TT-BTC guiding some provisions of Decree 45/2014/ND-CP;

- Circular 77/2014/TT-BTC guiding some provisions of Decree 46/2014/ND-CP concerning land rent, water surface rent collection;

- Circular 333/2016/TT-BTC amending, supplementing several provisions of Circular 77/2014/TT-BTC guiding some provisions of Decree 46/2014/ND-CP concerning land rent, water surface rent collection;

- Circular 11/2018/TT-BTC amending, supplementing several provisions of Circular 77/2014/TT-BTC guiding some provisions of Decree 46/2014/ND-CP concerning land rent, water surface rent collection;

- Circular 207/2014/TT-BTC stipulating the determination of land rent for agricultural and forestry companies using land for agricultural, forestry production, and aquaculture purposes;

- Circular 89/2017/TT-BTC guiding some provisions of Decree 35/2017/ND-CP pertaining to land levy, land rent, and water surface rent collection in Economic Zones and High-Tech Zones;

- Circular 80/2017/TT-BTC guiding the determination of land use rights value, land rent, and land-related assets to be reimbursed when the State recovers land and the management, use of compensation funds for assets managed by the State, funds for support when land is recovered by the State but not compensated for the land;

- Circular 61/2022/TT-BTC guiding the estimation, use, and settlement of costs for organizing compensation, support, and resettlement when the State recovers land;

- Circular 124/2016/TT-BTC guiding the management of proceeds from leasing, lease purchase, and selling state-owned housing; the settlement of rent differences for renting official residences and the management of proceeds from renting official residences according to Decree 99/2015/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of some provisions of Housing Law;

- Circular 139/2016/TT-BTC guiding the exemption of land levy, land rent; reimbursement or deduction of financial obligations for investors when investing in social housing construction and method of determining land levy payable when the purchaser or lease purchaser is allowed to resell social housing.
