The list of legislative documents that are expired fully under the management of the Health Ministry of Vietnam

Recently, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam has just issued the Decision No. 457/QĐ-BYT on the announcement of the list of legislative documents that are expired partly or fully under the management of the Health Ministry until the end of December 31, 2020.

The list of legislative documents that are expired fully under the management of the Health Ministry of Vietnam is issued together with the Decision No. 457/QĐ-BYT, in particular:

- Decree No. 23-HĐBT promulgating 5 charters: health examination and treatment with ethnic medicine; medications for prevention and treatment; charges of sanitation; examination, treatment and functional recovery; State inspection of health;

- Decree No. 176/2013/NĐ-CP on penalties for administrative violations against medical laws;

- Circular No. 01/2010/TT-BYT providing responsibilities and order of notification of hiv-positive test results;

- Circular No. 22/2014/TT-BYT on regulations for drawing, promulgating and organization of implementation of health legislative documents;

- Circular No. 09/2016/TT-BYT promulgating list of drugs for procurement through bidding, list of drugs for concentrated procurement, list of drugs for procurement through price negotiation;

- Circular No. 47/2017/TT-BYT promulgating the list of prohibited and restricted active ingredients in insecticidal and microbicidal preparations in household and medical sectors in Vietnam;

- …

The Decision No. 457/QĐ-BYT issued by the Ministry of Health of Vietnam, takes effect on January 22, 2021.
