The list of amended administrative procedures in the field of construction at the central level in Vietnam

On October 26, 2023, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision 1105/QĐ-BXD on the publication of amended and supplemented administrative procedures; replacement in the field of construction activities in Vietnam within the scope of State management functions of the Ministry of Construction.

The list of amended administrative procedures in the field of construction at the central level in Vietnam

The list of administrative procedures in the field of construction at the central level is amended and supplemented to include:

- Appraisal of Construction Investment Feasibility Study Report/Adjusted Construction Investment Feasibility Study Report.

- Appraisal of construction design implemented after basic design/construction design implemented after adjusted basic design.

- Issuance of first-time construction practice certificate, class I.

- Issuance of adjustment to class I construction practice certificate.

- Re-issue of Class I construction practice certificate (in case the certificate is lost or damaged).

- Re-issue of Class I construction practice certificate (wrong information recorded due to the error of the issuing agency).

- Issue adjustments and supplements to the content of Class I construction practice certificates.

- Issuing conversion of Class I practicing certificates to foreign individuals.

- Issuing and renewing practice certificates for class I construction activities.

- Issuance of certificate of capacity for construction activities for the first time, class I.

- Re-issue of Class I construction capacity certificate (due to loss or damage).

- Re-issue of Class I construction capacity certificate (wrong information recorded).

- Issuing adjustments and supplements to the content of Grade I construction capacity certificates.

- Issuing extension of certificate of capacity for construction activities, a class I certificate.

- Recognizing eligibility of professional social organizations to issue construction practice certificates/class II and III construction capacity certificates to their members.

More details can be found in Decision 1105/QĐ-BXD, which will take effect on June 20, 2023, annulling Decision 700/QĐ-BXD dated June 8, 2021.
