For alcohol production activities:

- Appraisal fee for business registration to issue a new, re-issue, or amend the industrial alcohol production license:- Establishments with a design capacity of ≥ 3 million liters/year or more: 4,500,000 VND;- Establishments with a design capacity of < 3 million liters/year: 2,200,000 VND.- Appraisal fee for business registration to issue a new, re-issue, or amend the artisanal alcohol production license: 1,100,000 VND.

For tobacco production activities:

- Appraisal fee for business registration to issue a new, re-issue, or amend the license for tobacco material processing, tobacco product production: 4,500,000 VND;- Appraisal fee for business registration to issue a new, re-issue, or amend the Certificate of eligibility for tobacco planting investment: 2,200,000 VND.

Circular 299/2016/TT-BTC is effective from January 01, 2017, replacing Circular 196/2014/TT-BTC.
