The action program of the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam on the improvement of business environment

On January 19, 2021, the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam issued Decision No. 71/QĐ-BTP in 2021 on the action program on implementing the Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP on continousing the implementation of major tasks and solutions to improve business environment and national competitiveness in 2021.

According to the Decision No. 71/QĐ-BTP of the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam, the main tasks of the action program include:

- Focus on thoroughly grasping and implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the recent conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat related to the fields of work of the Ministry and the Justice branch;

- Promptly detect and handle illegal, contradictory, overlapping, and inconsistent regulations through the inspection and review of legal documents;

- Evaluation of 03 years of implementation of the Project "Innovation and improvement of the effectiveness of law enforcement" in the period of 2018-2022 according to the Decision No. 2464/QD-BTP; to study and make a request for the formulation of a Law on Organization of Law Enforcement;

- Continuing to effectively implement the Law on Legal popularization and education; Law on Grassroots Mediation; Decision No. 1521/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on promulgating the Implementation Plan of the Conclusion 80-KL/TW on continuing the implementation of Directive No. 32/CT-TW on strengthening the leadership of the Party in the work of legal popularization and education, raising awareness law observance of officials and people,...;
