"Unless extended or terminated early as stipulated in Article 9 of this contract, the contract term shall be as agreed upon by both parties in accordance with the term listed in the list of power plants providing auxiliary services issued by the competent state authority."

Meanwhile, the current content states that the contract term is from the effective date of the contract until the end of operation of the competitive electricity generation market as decided by the competent state authority.
