Template of the Special Protection Certificate of the Guard Forces in Vietnam

Circular 70/2024/TT-BCA applies to the Guard force under the Guard Command, Ministry of Public Security; the Guard force under the Security Protection Department, Ministry of National Defense; and agencies, organizations, individuals related to the execution of guard duties.

- Shape, size, material

The rectangular card is 53.98 mm ± 0.12 mm in width, 85.6 mm ± 0.12 mm in length, and 0.76 mm ± 0.05 mm in thickness. The material is 400g/m2 Ivory paper laminated with plastic film.

- Presentation techniques

+ The languages on the Special Protection Card are Vietnamese and English;

+ Front side

The front side is bright red, featuring the National Emblem of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam with a diameter of 21 mm, and an arrow pointing from left to right in dark yellow;

From top to bottom: The line "CỘNG HÒA XÃ HỘI CHỦ NGHĨA VIỆT NAM"; "SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM"; the line "THỰC HIỆN NGAY YÊU CẦU CẢNH VỆ" and "IMMEDIATELY PERFORM PROTECTION COMMAND" are inside the arrow shape;

+ Back side

The back side features a light yellow watermark pattern, with the personal information printed over an embedded image of the Police badge surrounded by bronze drum patterns and traditional decorative motifs;

On the left from top to bottom: The Police badge image size 15.6mm x 11.6mm. Full-color portrait photo of the cardholder sized 25mm x 30mm, with a white background, frontal view, no headwear, clear face, clear ears, no glasses; dressed in a white shirt with a tie, wearing a suit over it; security seal affixed at the bottom right corner, below the personal photo. The line "Có giá trị đến/Date of expiry";

On the right from top to bottom: The line "GIẤY BẢO VỆ ĐẶC BIỆT"; "SPECIAL PROTECTION CARD"; "Số/No"; "Họ và tên"; "Full name"; "Ngày sinh"; "Date of birth"; "Chức vụ"; "Position"; "Đơn vị"; "Agency"; "Ngày/date tháng/month năm/year"; "BỘ TRƯỞNG BỘ CÔNG AN"; "MINISTER OF PUBLIC SECURITY". Signature of the Minister of Public Security; embossed seal of the Ministry of Public Security; rank, full name of the Minister.
