- Record of quality inspection of group 2 products and goods (Form No. 02).

- Record of sampling products and goods for quality inspection (Form No. 03).

- Seal sample label (Form No. 04).

- Notification of group 2 products and goods to continue production or import (Form No. 05).

- Notification of temporary suspension of production or import of group 2 products and goods (Form No. 06).

- Notification regarding the non-conformity of the registration dossier for appointing conformity assessment activities (Form No. 07).

- Verification form for the appointment registration dossier (Form No. 08).

- Decision on the assessment of the capacity of the conformity assessment organization registered for state management of group 2 product and goods quality (Form No. 09).

- Record of assessment of the conformity assessment organization for group 2 products and goods (Form No. 10).

- List of documents, procedures, equipment, and human resources of the conformity assessment organization (Form No. 11).

Circular 90/2024/TT-BCA is effective from January 15, 2025.
