- Biannual reports (before June 15 and December 15 each year) on the quantity of classified documents received and dispatched by the unit;- Annual reports and 5-year summary reports on the unit's SS protection work submitted to the Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) for compilation and reporting to competent authorities;- Ad hoc reports in case of incidents harmful to SS or upon request from competent authorities.

Circular 11/2017/TT-BTNMT is effective from September 1, 2017.
