On September 22, 2017, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 95/2017/TT-BTC guiding certain provisions of Decree 71/2017/ND-CP on corporate governance applicable to public companies.

The public companies may refer to the templates of the Charter and Internal Regulations on corporate governance in Annex 01 and Annex 02 (attached to Circular 95) respectively during the process of drafting the company's Charter and Internal Regulations.

Additionally, the drafting of the Charter and Internal Regulations for public companies must meet the following requirements:

- For the company's Charter: Ensure compliance with the Law on Enterprises, Law on Securities, Decree 71/2017/ND-CP, and current legal regulations.- For the Internal Regulations: Ensure compliance with the Law on Enterprises, Law on Securities, Decree 71/2017/ND-Cp, and the company's Charter.

Circular 95/2017/TT-BTC took effect from November 06, 2017.
