This is a noteworthy provision in the National Technical Regulation on the Installation of Telecommunication Outside Plant Cable Networks QCVN 33:2019/BTTTT, issued together with Circular 20/2019/TT-BTTTT dated December 31, 2019, by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
To be specific:, according to this Standard, the cable car line must meet the following general requirements:
- The cable car line must be straight (if the terrain and space conditions permit);- The cable line must be outside the safety limit of other constructions such as railroads, automobile roads, dikes, factories, mines, military zones, airports, etc. When the cable line is within the safety limits of such constructions, it must have the approval of the management unit of the construction;- Cables crossing traffic roads, bridges, and rivers must hang height warning signs at the lowest cable position;- When hanging cables, it is not allowed to wrap them around the pole body;- Overhead telecommunications cables must have ownership tags attached at appropriate positions (such as corner poles, cables crossing roads, etc.) in accordance with Joint Circular 21/2013/TTLT-BXD-BCT-BTTTT.
