The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues Circular 02/2018/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating economic - technical norms to serve as a basis for setting social assistance service prices.
long-term care cost norms for social protection subjects are stipulated as follows:
- Food:- 2,000 grams/subject/day, ensuring at least 3 nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with adequate calories and protein;- Special nutrition policies for subjects with special needs (infants, disabled children, children with HIV, etc.) at 2,000 grams/subject/day.- Clothing:
- School uniforms (for children of school age), shoes/sandals, and socks: 02 sets/subject/year;- Underwear: 02 sets/subject/year;- Winter clothing: 01 set/subject/year;- Summer clothing: 02 sets/subject/year.
- Necessary items:
- Personal hygiene items (bath soap, laundry soap, washcloths, toothpaste, etc.): 01 set/subject/quarter;- Bandages, women's hygiene products: 01 set/female subject/month.
