Teachers at Vocational Education Institutions Are Prohibited from Wearing Revealing Outfits When Coming to School

This content is stipulated in Circular 38/2019/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the creation of a safe, healthy, and friendly educational environment; preventing and combating school violence in vocational education institutions.

Circular 38 has introduced 08 general codes of conduct applicable in vocational education institutions, including some rules as follows:

- Officials, teachers, and staff must wear attire appropriate for the educational environment. Students must use clean and tidy clothing;- No smoking, no use of alcoholic beverages, and other prohibited stimulants;- Do not disseminate, propagate, or comment on information against the guidelines of the Communist Party, the laws of the State, contrary to customs and traditions, or negatively affecting the educational environment;- Do not engage in fraud, deceit, slander, resentment, harassment, coercion, threats, or violence against others;- Do not harm the health, honor, dignity of yourself, colleagues (fellow students), or others.
