The Ministry of Home Affairs has just signed Decision No. 2640/QD-BNV approving the Scheme for Measuring Citizen and Organization Satisfaction with the Service of State Administrative Agencies for the period 2017 - 2020, attached with the following 02 Annexes:

- Appendix I: Sample sociological survey form on citizen satisfaction with the services of the State administrative agencies;- Appendix II: Sample sociological survey form on organizational satisfaction with the services of the State administrative agencies.

The measurement of citizen and organizational satisfaction with State administrative agencies is determined based on 05 factors:

- Access to public administrative services of State administrative agencies;- Administrative procedures;- Civil servants handling work;- Results of providing public administrative services;- Receiving, resolving, feedback, and suggestions.
