Decision 2606/QD-TLD on emergency support for affected union members and employees affected by the Covid-19 epidemic during the 4th outbreak from April 27, 2021 in Vietnam.

Decision 2606 states that confederation member and workers with working relation (including enterprises and entities that have not established confederations) which are F0, receiving medical treatment and not violating Vietnam's regulations and law on epidemic management shall receive up to VND 3 million/person.

In addition, regarding the support of frontline units against the epidemic and union members and employees affected by the COVID-19 epidemic:

  • Support from 10 million VND to 50 million VND/unit for the frontline service against the epidemic, including health facilities, field hospitals, and concentrated isolation areas in Vietnam.
  • Confederation members and workers (in enterprises, agencies and entities that donate confederation fee) that are F1, must be quarantined for 21 days in concentrated manner according to decisions of competent authority (not applicable to cases of quarantine at home, residence, enterprises) and do not violate Vietnam's regulations and law on epidemic management: up to VND 1.5 million/person.
