The Ministry of National Defense promulgates Circular 182/2017/TT-BQP guiding financial support for Military enterprises in paying monthly salaries and social insurance contributions for officers and professional soldiers during the retirement preparation period.

The Fund for Reorganization and Development of Enterprises shall provide financial support for monthly salary payments and Social Insurance contributions during the retirement preparation period for officers and professional soldiers with the following support levels:

- Support 100% of the expenses for defense and security enterprises within the Army as stipulated in Decree 93/2015/ND-CP;- Support up to 70% of the expenses for economic-defense enterprises that have an organizational and staffing model of a military organization; have a reserve mobilization mission; are tasked in strategic defense and security areas, if their production and business activities incur losses.

Support period: From January 1, 2016, to the end of December 31, 2020.

Circular 182/2017/TT-BQP is effective from September 18, 2017.
