Support for training on management of agricultural product consumption under Vietnam's Poverty Reduction Program

Circular 04/2022/TT-BNNPTNT stipulates the guidance on the implementation of support for production development in the agricultural sector under the Target Program National target for sustainable poverty reduction for the period of 2021-2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam on July 11, 2022.

In particular, support for training organization and consultancy on agricultural product consumption management, pilotting and replicating solutions and initiatives to develop agricultural production associated with effective value chains in Vietnam as follows:

- Management of consumption of agricultural products in Vietnam: publicity and trade promotion for products, goods and services; product traceability and labeling;

- Piloting and replicating solutions and initiatives to develop agricultural production associated with effective value chains;

- Applying standards in the production and processing of products;

- Policies and laws in Vietnam related to supporting the development of production and consumption of agricultural products; managing risks of epidemics, natural disasters, and finance in the production and consumption of agricultural products;

- Other training and consulting content suitable to the locality and regulations of Vietnam's National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in the 2021-2025 period.

Circular 04/2022/TT-BNNPTNT takes effect from July 11, 2022 and replaces Circular 18/2017/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 9, 2017.
