On June 01, 2017, the Central Executive Committee issued Regulation 86-QD/TW on supervision within the Communist Party to disseminate to Party Cells.

Supplementing the Party Committee to the Subjects of Supervision by the Inspection Committee at All Levels and Advisory, Auxiliary Bodies of the Party Committees at All Levels

The supervision of the Party Committee is carried out according to the following contents:

- The leadership, guidance, and organization in implementing the Political Platform, the Charter of the Communist Party, policies, Resolutions, directives, regulations, decisions, rules, and conclusions of the Communist Party, of the higher and same-level Party committees, and the laws of the State;- The implementation of orientations, tasks, programs, and work plans for the entire term and annually by the Party committees and Communist Party organizations in various fields and contents assigned by the Party committees;- The issuance of documents showing signs of contradiction to the policies, resolutions of the Communist Party, and policies and laws of the State.
