Supplementing 72 occupations to the list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations in Vietnam

Circular No. 36/2017/TT-BLĐTBXH was issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam on promulgation of the list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations of post-secondary education and college levels.

Circular No. 36/2017/TT-BLĐTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam regulates more details and more occupations than the list of Circular No. 20/2014/TT-BLĐTBXH, increasing from 45 occupations to 117 occupations.

Besides, the list in Circular No. 36/2017/TT-BLĐTBXH is also divided into training sectors (post-secondary education level and college level) and groups of occupations. In particular:

- Hydraulic construction;

- Bridge construction;

- Drilling platform installation;

- Hydropower construction;

- Mine construction;

- Ship’s body construction engineering;

- Chemical engineering technology;

- Organic chemical engineering;

- Manufacture of laundry detergents;

- Control of dredgers;

- etc.
