Recently, the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam issued Circular No. 57/2020/TT-BCA on amendments to Circular No. 04/2015/TT-BCA regulating specimen papers concerning foreigners entering, leaving and residing in Vietnam.
In addition to specimen papers for foreigners entering, leaving and residing in Vietnam specified in Article 4 of Circular No. 04/2015/BCA, Circular No. 57/2020/TT-BCA of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam supplements the following papers:
- Electronic visas (NC2a).
- Visas according to the list of personnel waiting for approval of immigration agencies (NC2b).
- Samples of nullifying stamps (NC17).
- Samples of expiry stamps (NC18).
Besides, Circular No. 57/2020/TT-BCA also specifies that the Immigration Department is contractually responsible to Science and Technology Institute - Ministry of Public Security for conducting research, designing and producing blank prints to promptly fulfill requirements of competent agencies capable of issuing visas, temporary resident cards, permanent residence cards and visa-free entry documents.
