Supplementation of Standards for Senior Specialist Rank

On August 15, 2017, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued Circular 05/2017/TT-BNV amending and supplementing some regulations on professional standards for the administrative specialty official rank in Circular 11/2014/TT-BNV.

Standards for training and qualification for senior specialist officials as specified in points b, c, and d, clause 4, Article 5 of Circular 11 are amended in detail as follows:

- Possess a graduation diploma in advanced political theory or advanced political-administrative theory or a bachelor's degree in politics or a certificate of equivalence in advanced political theory issued by a competent authority;- Have a certificate in senior specialist state management training or a graduation diploma in advanced political-administrative theory;- Have a certificate of basic information technology skills in accordance with the provisions of Circular 03/2014/TT-BTTTT.

Refer to Circular 05/2017/TT-BNV effective from October 1, 2017.
