Supplementation of 02 universal public telecommunication services from August 25, 2020

Recently, the Ministry of Information and Communications issued Circular 14/2020/TT-BTTTT amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular 08/2016/TT-BTTTT dated March 30, 2016, of the Minister of Information and Communications guiding the implementation of the Public Telecommunications Service Provision Program until 2020.
