On September 20, 2017, the Ministry of Health signed Decision No. 4210/QD-BYT on the regulation of standards and the format of output data to be used in the management, assessment, and payment of medical examination and treatment costs covered by health insurance (HI).

---Add the list of package codes and drug group codes (Table 9) to the output data system in the management, inspection, and payment of medical examination and treatment costs under health insurance (HI), including:

- Drug groups approved for bidding plans before July 1, 2017;- Drug groups approved for bidding plans from July 1, 2016, according to Circular 11/2016/TT-BYT.

Medical examination and treatment facilities are responsible for sending electronic data to the Ministry of Health's healthcare data portal and the HI inspection information system data portal of the Social Insurance agency according to the information in the tables attached to Decision 4210:

- From October 31, 2017, for Table 1, Table 2, and Table 3;- From April 1, 2018, for Table 4 and Table 5.
