Subjects eligible for the issuance of sports weapons:

- PPS Training and Sports Competition Centers;- PPS academies and schools;- PPS Training and Professional Development Centers that organize sports training and competition.

Additionally, public service providers under the Ministry of Public Security and police departments at the district level or higher are eligible for the issuance of military explosives.

Circular 17/2018/TT-BCA took effect on July 1, 2018, repealing Circular 06/2014/TT-BCA.
