Subjects applying the measure of education in communes and wards

On December 24, 2021, the Government issued Decree 120/2021/ND-CP stipulating the regime of applying measures to handle education administration in communes, wards and townships.

Accordingly, the subjects applying the measure of education in communes, wards and townships include:

- Persons between full 12 years old and under 14 years old commit acts with signs of a very serious crime intentionally specified in the Penal Code ;

- Persons between full 14 years old and under 16 years old commit acts with signs of a serious crime intentionally specified in the Penal Code ;

- Persons from full 14 years old to under 16 years old who have been administratively sanctioned twice and made a record of administrative violations at the third violation within 6 months for one of the acts of disorderly conduct. publicity, property theft, gambling, fraud, illegal racing;

(Currently, people from full 14 years old to under 18 years old).

- Persons aged full 14 years or older who have been administratively sanctioned twice and made a record of administrative violations at the third violation within 6 months for the illegal use of narcotics; ..

(Currently being a drug addict aged full 18 years or older with a stable residence)

Note : The measure of education in communes, wards and townships is not applied to foreigners.
