Steps to monitor the implementation of provincial, district and commune poverty reduction programs in Vietnam

According to this program, the steps to monitor the implementation of the Sustainable Poverty Reduction Program for the period 2021-2025 at the provincial, district and commune levels in Vietnam are as follows:

* Provincial level

- Notify the Steering Committee of the district-level national target programs on the monitoring plan.

- Collect information on directing, organizing and implementing the Program in Vietnam.

- Randomly select communes and villages to monitor the reality.

- Conduct monitoring contents as planned in Vietnam.

* District level:

- Inform the commune management board about the monitoring plan in Vietnam.

- Randomly select villages and hamlets to conduct monitoring.

- Collect relevant documents.

- Conducting village and village inspections and direct consultations with beneficiaries of the Program in Vietnam.

* Commune level:

- The commune management board shall report on the implementation of the poverty reduction program.

- Collect relevant documents.

- Consult with beneficiaries on the level of access and beneficiaries of the Program in Vietnam.

Circular 10/2022/TT-BLĐTBXH takes effect from 15/7/2022 and replaces Circular 39/2016/TT-BLĐTBXH dated 25/10/2016.
