Statistical reporting regime in the labor, war invalids and social affairs sector in Vietnam from February 25, 2025

On January 10, 2205, the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular 02/2025/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the statistical reporting regime in the labor, war invalids and social affairs sector.

Policies on statistical reporting in the labor, war invalids and social affairs sector apply to units under and affiliated with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam; Departments of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of provinces and central-affiliated cities, and other relevant organizations and individuals.

* Report Contents and Report Forms

- The report forms are detailed in Appendix II issued with Circular 02/2025/TT-BLDTBXH.

- The contents of the report must be fully filled into the report forms as guided in Appendix III issued with Circular 02.

* Reporting Period and Report Submission Date

- The reporting period is one year, starting from January 01 to December 31 of the reporting year.

- Departments of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of provinces and central-affiliated cities shall send the reports no later than January 15 of the following year according to the postmark or via the Government of Vietnam's information transmission line (except where the report form requires otherwise).

- Directorates, Departments, Divisions, and Inspectorates of the Ministry shall consolidate statistical information and send it to the Planning and Finance Division and the Information Technology Center no later than January 31 of the following year.

* Form of Report

- Reporting through administrative channels: Reports must be prepared in writing and as electronic data files in Excel spreadsheet format. The written report must bear the signature and seal of confirmation from the head of the reporting unit.

- Electronic reporting: Data and statistics are periodically updated into the Statistical Data Collection System of the labor, war invalids and social affairs sector at the address “https://thongke.molisa.gov.vn” on the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. Moving towards replacing paper reports with reports executed through electronic means.
