Statistical reporting period on civil and administrative judgment enforcement

This is the content of Joint Circular 12/2021/TTLT-BTP-VKSNDTC-TANDTC regulating coordination in civil judgment enforcement statistics, inter-sectoral administrative judgment enforcement monitoring.

Accordingly, the annual statistical reporting period in inter-sectoral civil and administrative judgment enforcement begins on October 1 of the previous year and ends on September 30 of the succeeding year, including the reporting period. 3 months, 6-month reporting period, 10-month reporting period and annual reporting period (12 months), in which:

- The 3-month statistical reporting period begins on October 1, and ends on December 31 of the reporting year.

- The 6-month statistical reporting period begins on October 1, and ends on March 31 of the reporting year.

- The 10-month statistical reporting period begins on October 1, and ends on July 31 of the reporting year.

- The 12-month statistical reporting period begins on October 1, and ends on the end of September 30 of the reporting year.

(Currently, the civil judgment enforcement reporting period in the year includes 12 periods: 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, 6 months, 7 months, 8 months, 9 months, 10 months. , 11 months and 12 months).

Joint Circular 12/2021/TTLT-BTP-VKSNDTC-TANDTC takes effect from February 25, 2022 and replaces Joint Circular 06/2016/TTLT-BTP-VKSNDTC-TANDTC .
