Standards for ranking State Audit Teams from November 23, 2023 in Vietnam

The criteria for ranking State Audit Teams are prescribed as follows:

* General standards for the audit team to be considered and rated as Excellent, Good, or Pass

The State Audit Delegation was considered to be ranked Excellent, Good, and Pass if the audit team and members of the audit team do not have a petition, letter of complaint, denunciation, or lawsuit (or yes, but incorrectly) reporting to the SAV leaders and units about the violations:

Harassing, causing difficulties, troubles, negativity, corruption, embezzlement, waste, taking advantage of positions and powers for personal gain, reporting false audit results, revealing state secrets, professional secrets, etc.; Not violating discipline, regulations on organization and operation of the audit team, or the code of conduct of state auditors, causing internal disunity; not being disciplined during the audit process.

* Specific standards

- The Audit Team is classified as Excellent if it scores 85 points or higher, or at least 2/3 of the audit teams are ranked as Excellent according to the provisions of Article 7 and the remaining teams are ranked as Pass or higher.

- The Audit Team is graded Good if it scores 70 points or more, or at least 2/3 of the audit teams are graded good according to the provisions of Article 7 and the remaining teams are graded pass or better.

- The Audit Team is graded Pass if it achieves 60 points or more.

- The Audit Team rates it as Limited if it does not meet the rating standards of Pass or higher.

- Other special cases decided by the State Auditor General.

More details can be found in Decision 1413/QĐ-KTNN taking effect on November 23, 2023; Applicable to all Audit Team Members, Audit Teams, and State Audit Teams in 2023.

Other contents of the Regulations on criteria, evaluation scales, and grading standards for audit team members, audit teams, and state audit teams issued together with Decision 963/QĐ-KTNN dated July 15, 2022, remain in effect.
