Standards and qualifications of teachers at the Center for Continuing Education in Vietnam

Recently, the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam issued Circular 10/2021/TT-BGDĐT promulgating the Regulation on organization and operation of the Continuing Education Center.

According to the Circular, the standards and qualifications of teachers at the Continuing Education Center in Vietnam are prescribed as follows:

- Teachers teaching continuing education programs at the lower secondary level and continuing education programs at the upper secondary level must meet the training standards and professional title standards according to the same regulations as high school teachers corresponding to each grade level.

- Teachers participating in teaching education and training programs to obtain certificates in the national education system must satisfy the conditions on professional qualifications as prescribed.

- Teachers participating in teaching other educational programs of the center must ensure the professional and professional conditions prescribed by the center's director.

Note: Center teachers in Vietnam include organic teachers, contract teachers, and visiting teachers.
