Solutions to issues regarding the implementation of the national target program in Vietnam

The Prime Minister of Vietnam has issued a Official Dispatch 71/CD-TTg dated February 23, 2023 on removing difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of national target programs for the period of 2021 - 2025.

According to Vietnam's Official Dispatch 71/CD-TTg, in order to speed up the implementation of national target programs and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in localities, the Prime Minister requested:

Ministries and central agencies that are component project owners of national target programs actively monitor and supervise the implementation of component projects assigned to assume the prime responsibility for management in their localities to actively review, research, amend, and supplement guiding documents according to their competence;

Alternatively, submit to competent authorities the spirit of removing "bottlenecks," clearing "bottlenecks," in accordance with the actual situation, creating conditions for localities to organize the implementation smoothly, and completing the set objectives in Vietnam.

In addition, ministries and central agencies, according to their assigned competence, functions, and tasks, expeditiously assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant agencies in, studying and handling difficulties and problems of localities (assigned in the Appendix attached to Vietnam's Official Dispatch 71/CD-TTg);...
