Schedule of Appraisal Fees for Environmental Renovation Plans

The Ministry of Finance issues Circular 35/2017/TT-BTC promulgating the fee schedule for appraisal of environmental rehabilitation and restoration plans and supplementary environmental rehabilitation and restoration plans.

The appraisal fee rates apply to the following two cases:

- Case I: Applicable to the plan for environmental renovation and restoration (or supplementary environmental renovation and restoration) and the environmental impact assessment report not approved by the same competent authority.- Case II: Applicable to the plan for environmental renovation and restoration (or supplementary environmental renovation and restoration) and the environmental impact assessment report approved by the same competent authority.

The fee payer shall pay the appraisal fee when submitting the application for appraisal and may choose one of the following two payment methods:

- Direct payment to the collecting organization; or- Payment into the fee account pending submission to the state budget of the collecting organization at the State Treasury.
