Circular 134/2016/TT-BTC promulgates the Financial Management Regulations of the Vietnam Debt and Asset Trading Corporation Limited Liability Company (Referred to as the Company or DATC).

The Company has the right to independently use its capital to serve the following business activities:

- Use capital to purchase debts and assets for business purposes in accordance with legal regulations, prioritizing the restructuring, reorganization, and ownership conversion of State-owned enterprises;- Use capital to carry out tasks as directed by the competent authorities in accordance with the Company's business sectors;- Use capital for the repair and upgrade of assets;- Use capital to invest in, procure fixed assets to serve the Company's operations.

Circular 134/2016/TT-BTC is effective from November 1, 2016 and applies from the fiscal year 2016 onwards.
