Simultaneously, the 2017 legislative and ordinance construction program is adjusted and supplemented into the commentary program at the 4th session with the following projects:

- Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Environmental Protection Tax Law;- Law on Anti-Corruption (amended);- Law on Special Administrative and Economic Units.

Resolution 34/2017/QH14 was passed by the National Assembly, 14th Legislature, at the 3rd session on June 8, 2017.
