Resolution 30/NQ-CP: To complete project of planting 01 billion trees 2021 - 2025 in Vietnam

According to the Resolution, the government decided to focus on removing difficulties, promoting production and business development, and striving to complete at the highest level the tasks and goals of the first quarter and the whole year of 2021; in which, focus on some of the following key tasks:

• To complete the project of planting 1 billion trees in the period of 2021–2025; proposing mechanisms, policies, and measures to support localities to successfully implement the scheme, contributing to the development of a green economy and a green Vietnam;

• To finalize and submit to the Prime Minister of Vietnam for a decision approving the pilot implementation of telecommunications accounts to pay for goods and services of small value (Mobile Money) and organize the implementation immediately after the Prime Minister's government signed and promulgated;

• To continue to review and promptly propose adjustments to current policies and support measures; research and develop new support policies to help businesses and people overcome difficulties caused by the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic;

• The Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam shall assume the prime responsibility for and coordinate with ministries, agencies, and localities in summarizing, evaluating, proposing, and submitting to competent authorities to reward organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2016-2021 term of the government;
