This is the content of Circular 06/2022/TT-UBDT dated December 30, 2022 regulates reporting on ethnic minority affairs.
According to Vietnam's Circular 06/2022/TT-UBDT, the requirements for the issuance of the reporting regime on ethnic minority affairs are as follows:
- Requirements for the issuance of periodic reports on ethnic minority affairs:
+ Periodic reporting on ethnic minority affairs must be promulgated in legal documents or administrative documents of competent authorities in Vietnam;
+ The promulgated periodic reporting on ethnic minority affairs must include the components specified in Clause 2, Article 11 of Decree 09/2019/NĐ-CP;
- Requirements for the implementation of the ethnic minority reporting regime:
+ The reporting regime on ethnic minority affairs is enshrined in legal or administrative documents issued by competent authorities.
+ The content components specified in Clause 2 and Article 10 of Decree No. 09/2019/NĐ-CP must be included in the reporting regime on ethnic minority affairs.
- Requirements for the promulgation of the irregular ethnic minority reporting regime:
+ Competent authorities issue administrative documents outlining the regime of irregular ethnic minority work reports.
+ The reporting regime on unexpected ethnic minority affairs must include the content components specified in Clause 2, Article 9 of Decree 09/2019/NĐ-CP.
Vietnam's Circular 06/2022/TT-UBDT takes effect from February 15, 2023 and replaces Vietnam's Circular 01/2019/TT-UBDT.
