The Ministry of Planning and Investment has just issued Circular 13/2016/TT-BKHDT stipulating policies on online reporting and the management and operation of the Information System for monitoring and evaluating investment programs and projects using State capital.

- Users must change the initial password within 01 working day from the receipt of the account;- Do not disclose the password to others without the responsibility to update the Operational Information System.

In the event of a change in the account user, the person receiving the account transfer must change the password and update the account user information on the Operational Information System.
