- There must be adequate means and equipment for fire prevention and extinguishing, safety signage at locations selling highly flammable, odoriferous, hazardous chemicals, and dusty VLXD;

- Any VLXD that is damaged or reduced in quality during transportation, storage, or business operations must be recovered and handled by the responsible organizations and individuals.

Decree 24a/2016/ND-CP is effective from May 26, 2016, and replaces Decree 124/2007/ND-CP.
