Request to Rectify and Promptly Address Individuals Who Do Not Strictly Comply with Directive 16

Notification 153/TB-VPCP Conclusion of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Government of Vietnam on COVID-19 prevention and control issued on April 10, 2020.

The Prime Minister requests the continued strict implementation of urgent measures under Directive 16/CT-TTg and provides the following directives:

- There have been instances where citizens in several localities are not strictly adhering to Directive 16, such as gathering in large groups, going out without wearing masks, etc. Prompt correction and handling are required;- Continue to minimize passenger flights to Vietnam, except in special cases;- Prepare quarantine facilities to ensure proactive and ready implementation of large-scale centralized quarantine;- Intensify the production of medical equipment, tools, supplies, various types of masks, and ventilators;- Enhance basic and in-depth scientific research and application to manufacture diagnostic products, supplies, and necessary medical equipment for epidemic prevention and control;- …
