Request to provide the price of medical services upon request at State establishments in Vietnam

The Ministry of Health of Vietnam proposes: Departments of Health of provinces and cities direct public medical examination and treatment establishments in the province; medical examination and treatment facilities under the Ministry of Health and other ministries/sectors provide medical care service rates upon request at their units and localities.

Of which it should be noted:

- The Department of Health requires medical facilities that provide medical examination and treatment services on request to provide service prices at the request of the unit.

- Medical facilities provide service prices upon request at the unit according to the list of services in Circular 14/2019/TT-BYT, without changing the order according to the attached Excel sheet (Note: provide the price that fully calculates the unit costs of the patient, do not provide the price that is an additional collection compared to the price in Circular 14/2019/TT-BYT.)

- In case the unit performs other technical services (not included in the provisions of Circular 14/2019/TT-BYT and equivalent decisions); please provide the price of the service in a separate appendix and do not insert additional lines in the attached excel file.

Some of the prices for technical services and tests are required to be provided, such as:

- Supersonic

- Ultrasound + measurement of eyeball axis

- Transvaginal and rectal ultrasound

- Color Doppler ultrasound of the heart or blood vessels

- Color Doppler echocardiography + echo contrast

- Stress echocardiography

- 4D color Doppler echocardiography (3D real-time)

- Color Doppler ultrasound of the heart or blood vessels through the esophagus

- Intravascular ultrasound or FFR coronary flow reserve measurement.

- 1 film digitized X-ray

- 2 film digitized X-ray

- 3 film digitized X-ray

- Digital X-ray of the alveolar or apical socket

- Digitalization of the uterus and fallopian tubes

- Digital contrast (UV) injection of the urinary system

- Digital ureteroscopy - retrograde pyelonephritis (UPR)

- Esophageal X-ray with digital contrast

- Gastroduodenal scan with digital contrast

- Colonoscopy with digital contrast
