Reporting deadlines for periodic reports under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam

On January 16, 2020, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam issued Circular No. 01/2020/TT-BNNPTNT on the periodic reporting regime within the scope of state management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

According to Circular No. 01/2020/TT-BNNPTNT of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, reporting deadlines for periodic reports are as follows:

- Monthly periodic reports: From the 16th to the 25th of the month of the reporting period.

- Quarterly periodic reports: From the 16th to the 25th of the last month of the reporting quarter.

- Semi-annual periodic reports: From the 16th to the 25th of June of the reporting period.

- Annual periodic reports: From the 16th to the 25th of December of the reporting period.

The time for closing reporting data is implemented in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of Decree No. 09/2019/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government.

Reports shall be sent to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development by one of the following methods: send via the National Document Interconnection Axis; send via the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development's reporting information system; send/receive directly; send/receive by post; send/receive via fax; send/receive via electronic mail (email).
