This is a new point stipulated in Circular 19/2019/TT-BGDDT Promulgating the Regulation on regular training for teachers, administrators of preschool education institutions, general education institutions, and teachers of continuing education centers.

To be specific, according to Clause 2, Article 9 of Circular 19/2019/TT-BGDDT, the standards for BDTX lecturers are regulated as follows:

- Hold a university degree or higher and possess good professional qualities and competence (according to Circular 26/2012/TT-BGDDT, a university degree is not required);- Master the BDTX Program, have the ability to convey the content of BDTX materials suitable for the training subjects;- Have experience in BDTX work with teachers and management staff (from 03 years or more); master the organization process, content, techniques, methods, and forms of evaluating BDTX results according to regulations;- Have basic IT skills as regulated in Circular 03/2014/TT-BTTTT; have the ability to develop digital learning materials for training teachers and management staff.
