On July 26, 2023, the Minister of Science and Technology of Vietnam issued Circular 15/2023/TT-BKHCN amending Circular 32/2011/TT-BKHCN and Circular 03/2014/TT-BKHCN, in which the templates for the activities of scientific and technological organizations were amended.

Replacement of forms related to the activities of science and technology organizations in Vietnam

Several forms regarding the activities of science and technology organizations issued along with Circular 03/2014/TT-BKHCN are replaced with forms issued along with Circular 15/2023/TT-BKHCN:

- Certificate of Registration for Science and Technology Activities issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam for science and technology organizations (Form 1).

- Permit for the Establishment of Representative Offices/Branches of Foreign Science and Technology Organizations in Vietnam (Form 2).

- Certificate of Registration for Science and Technology Activities issued by the Department of Science and Technology for science and technology organizations (Form 3).

- Certificate of Activities for Representative Offices/Branches issued by the Department of Science and Technology for representative offices/branches of public, non-public, and foreign-funded science and technology organizations (Form 4).

- Application for Registration of Science and Technology Activities (Form 5).

- Application for Permission to Establish a Foreign-Funded Science and Technology Organization (Form 6).

- Application for Official Employment (Form 9).

- Application for Concurrent Employment (Form 10).

- Scientific Curriculum Vitae of the Head of the Organization (Form 11).

- Application for Registration of Representative Office/Branch Activities of Science and Technology Organizations (Form 14).

- Application for Permit to Establish a Representative Office/Branch of Foreign Science and Technology Organizations in Vietnam (Form 15).

- Report on the Activities of Representative Offices/Branches of Domestic Science and Technology Organizations (Form 21).

- Report on the Activities of Representative Offices/Branches of Foreign Science and Technology Organizations in Vietnam (Form 22).

Circular 15/2023/TT-BKHCN is effective from August 01, 2023.
